Our commitment
Pàdéyá aims to make discovery, checkout, tickets, and account tools usable across devices — with readable typography, keyboard focus states, semantic structure, and sufficient contrast, including dark mode. We improve accessibility continuously based on real product use and feedback.
Platform relationship
Pàdéyá is a technology platform and marketplace for event discovery, ticketing, host tools, fan identity, support, and related services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Pàdéyá is not the organizer, host, promoter, venue, performer, sponsor, security provider, transport provider, or food/drink provider for events listed by third-party hosts.
- Hosts are independent organizers. They are responsible for listing accuracy, event safety, venue readiness, permits, crowd control, age restrictions, accessibility arrangements, emergency planning, and compliance with applicable rules.
- Hosts are responsible for communicating event changes, cancellations, entry rules, venue rules, and refund terms where those apply to their events.
- Fans and buyers are responsible for reviewing event details, policies, and requirements before purchasing or attending.
- Pàdéyá may moderate, restrict, remove, or suspend listings or accounts where safety, fraud, abuse, legal, or platform-risk concerns arise.
Related: Terms, Ticket Policy, Refund Policy, Safety, and Community Guidelines.
Website & product accessibility
- Semantic headings and labeled form controls on key flows
- Mobile-first layouts for checkout and door-ready tickets
- High-contrast presentation for critical ticket information where possible
- Focus-visible states for interactive controls
Accessibility of the Platform does not guarantee that every third-party venue or host space meets the same standard.
Event accessibility
Physical and on-site accessibility (ramps, seating, restrooms, sensory considerations, entry assistance) depends on the host and venue. Pàdéyá is not the venue operator for third-party host events unless expressly stated.
Review listing details before purchase, and contact the host when you need specific arrangements.
Guidance for hosts
Hosts should provide accurate accessibility information in listings when possible, plan for disclosed needs, and communicate entry constraints clearly. Misrepresenting access can violate our Community Guidelines.
