After you buy
Tickets live in My Tickets with a signed QR for door check-in. Keep the purchase on Pàdéyá — off-platform “deals” are how fake tickets happen.
If something goes wrong with an order, use the Support Center. Fans, hosts, and visitors can open cases with a clean history.
