Pàdéyá uses supported payment providers for secure checkout. Never send money to personal accounts claiming to be Pàdéyá staff.
What “pending” means
- The provider is still confirming the charge
- Tickets appear after verification — not on verbal confirmation
- If money left your bank but tickets didn’t appear, open Support with the payment reference

- Keep receipts and references
- Report suspicious payment requests via Report
