Get help efficiently

  1. Search the Help Center
  2. Try self-service links (My Tickets, orders, host desk)
  3. Open Support, pick a topic, and review suggestions
  4. Only then choose I still need help — open ticket

Include

  • Topic category
  • Order/ticket/event references
  • What you already tried

Guests can open a ticket with email and track it with the ticket number.
